Got stress?   Meditation is a great way to support your body, mind and spirit in achieving greater balance and health during stressful times.

Amongst several benefits, meditation helps increase your seratonin levels (happy hormones), relax your muscles, improve breathing, relax the mind, as well as simulate a power nap (sleep enhancer).    Meditation has been used for healing illness as well as preventative measures during stressful (and non-stressful) times.
