3 Simple Tips To Keep The Weight Off

Tired of the yo-yo “dieting” ritual?

Want to keep the weight OFF for good?

Did you know that there are only 3 simple tips that can keep the weight off, once and for all?

Now assuming that you have done the hard work and lost, let’s say, 30 pounds – CONGRATS!   That is the FIRST STEP, albeit not easy.

Here are the 3 simple tips to keep that weight off permanently:

1.   Weigh yourself regularly – know your numbers!   Track your numbers if possible.   www.Sparkpeople.com and www.TeamBeachbody.com are my recommendations for tracking

2.   Exercise at home – Excuses come easy – way too easy.   If you exercise at home you don’t need a gym membership that costs money, you don’t need to go anywhere, you don’t need to buy new workout clothes, you don’t need a babysitter, etc., etc.   If you need advice on how to exercise at home – let me know and I can help!

3.   Eat breakfast within the first hour EVERY DAY – this is key.    If you don’t jump start the metabolism regularly every day, your yo-yo diet routine will be back.    You can do it!    Make it simple – maybe it’s a bowl of oatmeal with a hand full of almonds.   Maybe it is Shakeology.   Make it simple – something that you can lay out the night before.   Maybe you need to take it with you (hence a shake works easy).    Make sure it has protein and complex carbs – maybe some vitamins.   Support your body!   Breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day.

Get after it!

Go!

Focus!

Decide.   Commit.   Succeed.
