Day 3, Week 1 TMT

Here it is day 3 already!

Technically, this is what I would call the “off”, or active recovery, day in the 10 Minute Trainer program.
The reason I say this is because I only had to do one of the 10 minute DVD’s today – which was “Yoga flex”.
It was a great mini yoga session that covered almost all of my favorite yoga moves that I usually have in an hour session. It was a nice way to recover from the past few days of busy, full workout schedules.
Tony has us working out 7 days a week, so I am fully enjoying this “off” or lighter workout day.

Onward and upward!
