Years ago, had you told me that I would be using something called a “Rumble Roller” to prevent injury, recover fast and save money on massage therapy – I would have said, “What the heck are you talking about?”

But TODAY it is very true!

Rumble roller (aka Foam Roller) is a tool that I have discovered that is vitally important to not only my running life, but my every day I-don’t-want-to-feel-old life!

I have not (knock on wood) had any injuries since 2005 and one of the key tools that has helped my journey is the foam roller.

Many people ask me, “How do I use a foam roller Lois?”

I decided to put together a few videos that cover different parts of the body that deserve some much needed TLC – whether you are a runner, a mom, a cubicle resident, engineer that sits at a desk all day, a chef/waitress that stands all day, etc., etc – enjoy these helpful “How to” videos and let me know if you have any questions!
