PiYo Strength For Runners – How To Transform Your Running

Coach Lois has been coaching thousands of runners for over a decade and became a personal trainer after her own battle with four years’ worth of injuries that almost cut her running career short.
PiYo Strength runners will include:
30 minutes of PiYo Strength to sculpt your abs and strengthen your upper body
30 minutes of Form running practice
30 minutes of Q & A/lecture to help you learn the science behind the perfect running form and how that can make you stronger, faster and injury free!
