What is the right plan in eating post workout?  Should you eat?   Eat right away?   Eat a couple hours later?

Here is a short video that sums it up – but in summary you ALWAYS do eat after a workout.    Within 30 minutes is optimal, 60 minutes is absolute latest for full recovery potential.   This helps with injury prevention and faster recovery, less sore muscles/aches,   more energy, just to name a few benefits.
