Week #4 – Core Exercise Of The Week

This week, I’ve added a “disclaimer” to my core exercise of the week, just to give you an important reminder about having someone (besides me) support you in your core training regimen.  If you don’t work with me, you’ve got to have a support network to help guide you through this journey.  Doing it on your own is setting yourself up to fail.  I’m not saying you may not do some of these exercises well on your own, however, I am saying that having a professional help you (trainer, physical therapist, chiropractor) will give you a huge leap in being much more successful than on your own.

This is one of my all time favorites and is one of the best at supporting the entire upper and lower extremity in a balanced way.
